Rob Hennin Rob is an experienced Financial Services CEO with in-depth experience in Europe, Asia, India and South America. He joined nib as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of nib nz limited in May 2013 and nib nz insurance limited in April 2022. Rob is the Chairman of nib Travel Pty as well as nib’s joint venture with Chinese pharmaceutical company, Tasly and Chairman of Auoha Insurance. He is also an Industry Representative for New Zealand’s Insurance and Financial Services Ombudsman Commission. Rob has held several senior management and Executive-level positions with American Express, Visa and Unilever - leading international teams to build global brands, create innovative platforms and develop new products. Rob also has 10 years Non–Executive Director experience across a range of industries, including health, education and humanitarian aid and acts as an advisor on governance and strategy to not-for-profit organisations.     Howard Ross Howard founded Frank in 2014, determined to disrupt the stubbornly embedded traditional Executive Search model. Having worked in the executive recruitment and search industry since 1995, Howard has significant experience in placing senior management positions within the New Zealand business sector. In his capacity of General Manager at Momentum, Howard project-managed 48 tier-three management roles for Auckland City and Auckland Transport during the SuperCity integration; Auckland City’s largest restructure in history. He has also gained broader business experience managing an Equity Fund in the Financial Sector and leading the Premium Sales team at one of New Zealand’s top corporates. ​ Howard has a genuine desire to uncover the true capability of people; what drives them, their authenticity, their fit for the role, and their potential to make a meaningful difference to his clients.
