Successful CQ Training helps organisations grow CQ

The Superdiversity Institute for Law, Policy and Business held two CQ Training seminars, one in Auckland and one in Wellington, on 19 and 20 September 2018.

The seminars were attended by chief executives, human resource managers, policy managers, diversity and inclusion managers of organisations who learnt about understanding what cultural capability is, and how to exercise that CQ to better perform their rile in servicing, consulting with, managing and retaining clients and customers for maximum effectiveness.

Here is what some of the attendees said about the CQ Training seminars:

“I obtained practical tips on how to grown our organisation’s CQ, which should help to improve the way we attract clients”

“Very interactive – liked being able to hear about people’s experiences”, “Good interaction with the crowd”,

“Practical tips on growing CQ”, “Shows how an organisation can improve”, “Helped me to understand what issues my organisation may face”,

We will be having more CQ Training seminars in 2019, so register your interest at info@superdiversity.org to be added to our events list.
