NZCCM Council seeks new Council Members and Secretary

The New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine (NZCCM) Council is looking for one or more new Council members to join their team.

The NZCCM Council is looking for someone with leadership experience in a services industry, such as education or health care, but not limited to that.  An understanding of working with government funders and/or regulators would help, as would experience managing a professional workforce.  Experience working with Maori and Pacific stakeholders would be highly valued.

The Council is not a Board of Directors, but has an advisory role.  The Council meets every two months for 90 minutes (usually via Zoom). There is a small payment of $300 per meeting.  Generally there is around an hour of reading prior to each meeting, and occasionally other duties, such as attending meetings with NZQA monitors and, if possible, attending graduations.

The NZCCM Council is also looking for a Secretary with a tidy mind, a clear writing style and in interest in governance to attend Council meetings and draft minutes.

To express your interest, please email your name, CV and the position you are interested in applying for to info@superdiversity.org
