On 4 October 2017, Mai Chen (Chair of the Superdiversity Centre) presented COMET Auckland with their CQ Tick.
COMET Auckland is a council controlled organisation of Auckland Council and also an independent Charitable Trust. COMET Auckland undertook the CQ Survey which was analysed by the Superdiversity Centre. The Superdiversity Centre provided COMET Auckland with a CQ Report that set out the analysis and some recommendations.
Susan Warren, CEO of COMET Auckland, said “We’ve learnt so much from the feedback and it’s given us a valuable evidence base for our next steps to becoming the “culturally amazing” organisation we all want to be”.
Ms Warren said “I can recommend the CQ Tick process to any organisation that’s headed in that direction”.
