Mai Chen, Chair of the Superdiversity Institute for Law, Policy and Business and Managing Partner of Chen Palmer Partners, spoke to the Leadership and Development Conference 2019 in Auckland on 4 February 2019. She talked to the young Chinese New Zealanders about some of the barriers for Chinese parties receiving a fair trial in New Zealand Courts, including language difficulties.
